Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of supervisory or management experience in heavy machinery rental, sales, and service operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and resource management knowledge.
• Experience with service scheduling, work orders, rental management, repair software, and reporting tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across service, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and maintenance.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, costing, pricing, and KPI tracking.
• Review repair work orders for accuracy and release readiness.
• Improve processes and workflows to boost productivity, quality and satisfaction.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and sustain relationships.
