AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fleet Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a multi-site fleet. You will ensure accurate inventory, coordinate material deliveries, and partner with shop managers to meet project timelines.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with maintenance planning, asset tracking, and safety compliance. On-site position with a focus on efficiency and team development.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and fleet management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, accurate recordkeeping, and responsible management of company assets.
• Experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting, construction, or industrial distribution is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material distribution.
• Coordinate timely deliveries of materials to construction and service teams with operations and shop managers.
• Manage fleet operations, maintenance schedules, service records, and preventive planning.
• Coordinate with dealerships, repair shops, and garages to arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and competitive pricing.
• Maintain records of assets, tools, ladders, lifts, and equipment assigned to employees.
• Track equipment delivered to projects and returns at completion.
• Investigate missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment and report to management.
• Work with Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain efficient shipping, receiving, and delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain warehouse and fleet procedures with the Operations Manager.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign work, coach, and suggest staffing or performance-related actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, fleet utilization, asset tracking, and overall efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Provide operational support during peak workloads and perform other duties as required.
• Experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting, construction, or industrial distribution is preferred.
