Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, labor control, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop crew members and leaders while addressing performance issues.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, security, labor law compliance, and company policy adherence.
• Monitor guest experience, resolve concerns, support service speed, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Control costs and drive profitability through efficient operations and inventory management.
• Oversee equipment upkeep, records, and required restaurant audits.
