Job summary

Revivn is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to scale the ITAD operations team and processes across multiple facilities. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of ITAD Operations to drive execution, set targets, and improve throughput, quality, and safety.

The role is based in Fresno, CA or New York, NY with up to 50% travel to Revivn sites and partners. Strong leadership, process mindset, and data‑driven decision making are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience with 2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on leader with ability to build and scale operations teams.
• Strong experience in process improvement (lean, Six Sigma or similar).
• Comfort with building KPIs, dashboards, and using data to drive decisions.
• Experience supporting or managing multi-site operations is a plus.
• Travel up to 50% and willingness to relocate to Fresno, CA or New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations organization to ensure daily execution.
• Own day‑to‑day receiving, processing, data destruction, testing, and outbound logistics.
• Standardize processes across sites and drive measurable throughput, quality, and cost improvements.
• Travel regularly to Revivn facilities and partner sites to support launches and initiatives.
