Job summary

Revivn is seeking a Program Manager to drive operational excellence at our Fresno, CA facility. You will lead special projects and continuous improvement across Tech, Receiving, and Repair, onsite in Fresno with up to 50% travel during peak periods.

You will build plans, manage risks, and standardize processes to improve throughput, quality, and safety, while supporting day-to-day program operations and staff planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program, project, or operations management in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects on time and on target.
• Experience driving process-improvement initiatives; lean/six sigma exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize work and measure impact.
• Excellent communication to align hourly teams, leads, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage special projects from scoping to execution and handoff.
• Create project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Lead facility initiatives: layouts, launches, equipment rollouts, expansions.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution to protect timelines.
• Design and implement process improvements to lift throughput, quality, and safety.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and implement better ways of working.
• Standardize work by creating SOPs and training materials.
• Track performance with KPIs and dashboards; report to leadership.
• Support core programs (Tech, Receiving, Repair) and staffing plans.
• Serve as a utility leader during peak periods to balance workloads.
• Onboard/train teammates on processes and standards.
• Communicate progress, wins, and risks to stakeholders.
• Travel to other facilities up to 50% for projects and knowledge sharing.
• Champion consistency across the network by sharing best practices.
