We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Fresno team, supporting warehouse associates, drivers, technicians, and facility leadership, while providing remote support to our Brooklyn operations.

This onsite role partners with managers to recruit great people, navigate employee relations, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and help build

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in hourly/operational roles.
• Full-cycle recruiting and employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of California employment law; multi-state exposure helpful.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations roles.
• Partner with managers to develop hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and background checks.
