Job summary

Safe Air Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead all aspects of the supply chain organization in support of aggressive growth objectives. This executive will oversee Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, Supplier Management, and Planning.
• Strong ERP knowledge, KPI dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term supply chain strategy.
• Lead Purchasing, Inventory Control, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Supplier Management.
• Mentor leaders and build high-performing teams with accountability and urgency.
• Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth, capacity, and scalability.
• Create scalable processes and organizational structure to support growth.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, freight, and distribution.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
