ABEC, Inc. seeks a Global Director of Manufacturing to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across all ABEC facilities worldwide.

You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and productivity while aligning strategies with business objectives and customer commitments. The role provides strategic leadership to site leaders, standardizes processes, and partners with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Project Management to improve performance, reduce costs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field required.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership managing multi-site operations.
• Proven experience leading large teams in global environment.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma orOperational Excellence programs.
• Experience in regulated environments (biopharma, biotech, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Manufacturing Managers and Operations Leaders across all sites.
• Develop and deploy global manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish standardized processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across facilities.
• Support capacity planning and long-range footprint strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning and Project Management.
• Develop succession plans and leadership development programs.
