Fibre Converters Inc. is seeking an executive to oversee the daily operation of our contract manufacturing facility in the US. You will drive safety, quality, production, maintenance and delivery performance, while guiding engineering, capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead a large workforce across multiple shifts, manage an $85M operating budget, and partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and capacity optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum ten years manufacturing experience with five years in leadership
• Experience in converting, packaging, or contract manufacturing is a plus
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and certifications preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and GFSI/BRCGS standards
• Proven track record leading capital projects and maintenance programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across safety, quality, production, maintenance and delivery
• Lead safety program, ensure OSHA compliance and audits
• Drive continuous improvement to improve OEE, reduce waste, and changeover times
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and capacity planning
• Develop workforce, succession plans, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, engineering, and customer teams to resolve issues
• Provide strategic leadership as part of the leadership team
