Job summary

Janitza North America, the US arm of Janitza electronics GmbH, seeks a Director of Operations to lead strategic and operational execution across PMO, Business Analysis, and Field Services. You will drive scalable processes, data‑driven decisions, and continuous improvement to support rapid growth.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, and Leadership to optimize operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build an organization capable of sustaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and operational reporting.
• PMP certification and experience with manufacturing/industrial tech are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and optimize Project/Program Management and Field Services.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement for performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and build scalable processes to support growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership to ensure alignment.
