Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant insurance, operations, service, or agency experience.
• 2+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and improve efficiency.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience servicing Real Estate and Not-for-Profit clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Establish roles, responsibilities, expectations, and performance standards for team members.
• Maintain regular 1:1 cadence with direct reports focused on priorities, performance, development, obstacles, and support.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and recognition to strengthen performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within service standards.
• Establish metrics and scorecards to measure team performance and service levels.
• Coordinate backup support to ensure service continuity and coverage during high workloads.
