Formación

• 5+ years of relevant insurance, operations, or agency experience.
• 2+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience servicing middle-market commercial accounts and healthcare clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to foster accountability and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service standards.
• Balance workloads and manage capacity across the team.
