Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Operations Director for the Deland, Florida Plant (250+ associates). You will lead manufacturing operations, safety, quality and productivity initiatives, and drive DBS‑based improvements to meet business targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive people leadership in manufacturing, plus experience in CI and Lean practices, and a strong financial acumen. On‑site role in Deland, FL with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record implementing Lean manufacturing and CI programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, S&OP, engineering, and quality/regulatory interfaces.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets using DBS and KPI actions.
• Build and lead a high‑performing manufacturing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure KPIs align with the sales plan and scalable, sustainable processes.
• Promote DBS tools and lean concepts to improve manufacturability, productivity, and cost.
• Partner with HR and leadership to manage headcount, overtime, and budgets.
