Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, oversee fleet performance, and drive safety and service standards with a skilled team. This role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Proven track record developing and empowering teams.
• Maintain high safety and service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong customer relations and problem solving.
• Intermediate typing and computer skills with MS Office.
• Collaborate with branch employees to meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports with Branch Manager and take corrective action.
• Monitor fleet performance and requisition equipment as needed.
• Provide coaching and growth opportunities for workforce.
• Participate in employee performance reviews and training plans.
• Promote a teamwork-oriented environment for exceptional customer service.
• Develop and empower employees to make sound decisions.
• Communicate with sales on leads and customer feedback for service excellence.
• Monitor training tools to ensure strong service skills of inside sales.
