Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a busy branch in the Reno area. This role oversees service, maintenance, Inside Sales, logistics, and P/L, while guiding a team to perform at a high level and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proven leadership of a branch operations team.
• Experience driving sales and performance in a rental/equipment environment.
• Ability to hire, coach, and empower employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics.
• Lead payroll scheduling and performance evaluations handling.
• Develop yearly business plans with forecasting of revenues and fleet ROI.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across facilities and fleet.
• Ensure timely service repairs and optimal branch growth.
