Sunstate Equipment Co. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee branch operations including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and employee matters.
You will hire, develop, and empower staff, set yearly business plans, forecast revenues and fleet ROI, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and uphold company standards across the facility and delivery fleet.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership and sales experience in construction rental or similar industry.
- Ability to hire, develop, and empower employees to improve decisions.
- Strong ability to prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel.
Responsabilités
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and employee related items.
- Prepare yearly business plans with District and Regional Management Teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization.
- Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance, maintain records and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
- Lead and empower staff to make better business decisions.
