Job summary

Everestsearchpartners seeks an Operations Manager to lead its label division in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee Production, Finishing, Maintenance, Quality, and Workforce management to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership in labels/packaging with flexographic and digital printing experience. You will manage multi‑shift operations and collaborate with Sales, Prepress, and Engineering for successful product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in labels, packaging, or printing.
Demonstrated experience managing flexographic printing operations.
Experience with shrink-sleeve converting and finishing processes.
Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of narrow-web flexographic printing and die cutting processes.
Experience using ERP systems to analyze production data and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and oversight of manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
Lead production supervisors, leads, and production employees.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and operational performance.
Establish production schedules and coordinate resources to meet commitments.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and equipment utilization.
Oversee printing operations (narrow-web flexo and digital) and finishing processes.
Monitor throughput, changeover efficiency, downtime, and equipment uptime.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Prepress, Engineering, and Maintenance to support launches and uptime.
