Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production execution across first and third shifts and supervise first/third shift teams.
• Set daily priorities, allocate labor, troubleshoot issues to meet schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and waste reduction; coordinate with QA.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Develop frontline employees through coaching and training on the production floor.
