Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Operations Leader for our Kawneer business in Visalia, CA. You will report to the Plant Manager and manage a team of 20+ employees across Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and Boxing to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Kawneer experience with at least 5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and a strong background in lean and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or internal Kawneer manufacturing experience as department lead.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 20+ employees across assigned teams.
• Oversee Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and Boxing operations.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to meet production goals and quality standards.
