Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production and work standards and activities.
• Develop a culture of safety and ensure compliance with policies and rules.
• Collaborate with department supervisors and leads across teams.
• Operate all equipment within the department.
• Verify box counts and loading requirements.
• Train new employees and support customer service to meet needs.
• Foster teamwork with internal and external suppliers.
• Perform pre-startup inspections.
