Job summary

Arconic's Kawneer division in Springdale, AR seeks a Project Manager to drive customer service excellence and manage large fabrication and stock-length projects. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep timelines, address inquiries, and resolve issues with agility.

This role partners across estimating, drafting, engineering, order entry, and manufacturing, handling LOIs, POs, and schedule changes, while building strong relationships and ensuring profitability and project

Responsibilities

• Backlog management for North American customers and timely responses via email/phone.
• Manage order flow across estimating, drafting, engineering, order entry, and takeoff with cross-functional teams.
• Process LOIs, purchase orders, sales tax credits, feedback, claims, and transfer orders to other locations.
• Proactive order management: monitor backlog, notify customers of changes, coordinate with plant scheduling.
• Interact with customers, sales, estimators, drafting/engineering, takeoff, order processing, and manufacturing teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and field issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Coordinate and advance project status from Order Entry through Manufacturing.
• Understand customer needs and competitive information to identify opportunities for profitable orders.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships representing Kawneer professionally and with integrity.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Kawneer to ensure clear communication and project success.
