Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead EHS compliance, staffing optimization, and technical initiatives across its Purina Animal Nutrition operations network in the United States. You will partner with plant management to drive throughput, reduce losses and improve customer satisfaction while maintaining safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years manufacturing leadership
• High School Diploma/GED plus 5+ years manufacturing leadership

Responsibilities

• EHS: enforce environmental, health and safety policies and pre-startup protocols.
• Staffing: manage direct and temporary labor to maximize throughput and control costs; coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Technical: address operational issues with plant management; support equipment changes and cost reduction initiatives.
• Operations: lead process areas to improve throughput, reduce losses, and boost morale; prepare run and batch sheets.
