Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience or HS Diploma with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• EHS: enforce environmental, health and safety policies and training; participate in hazard analyses and pre-startup reviews.
• Staffing: manage direct and temporary labor; maintain production protocols; coach and assess performance.
• Technical: work with management and technical group to set objectives and allocate resources; implement new processes safely.
• Operations: drive throughput, reduce losses, maintain morale; prepare weekly and monthly reports; ensure shift records are accurate.
