Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability programs across the site, ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance while supporting production.

You will manage assets, coordinate with Engineering, EH&S, Quality, and plant management on capital projects and budget, and develop the maintenance team through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Processing with 5+ years in an industrial plant and 3+ years in leadership, or an Associate's Degree with 7+ years of maintenance leadership.
• Knowledge of dairy/food manufacturing processes and ammonia refrigeration systems (PSM regulated).
• Solid project management and facilities construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability strategies to improve productivity while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site assets, equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds; coordinate with Engineering, EH&S and Quality on projects.
• Develop scope, capital requests, and expense estimates; oversee vendor selection and project execution.
• Develop and coach maintenance personnel across all shifts.
