Land O'Lakes is seeking a Production Operator to join the Purina Animal Nutrition business, supporting a national network of cooperatives and retailers. This role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to meet production specs, quality standards, and cost targets.

The position involves operating various production processes, handling materials, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Age: 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
• Ensuring complete physical safety of oneself and coworkers at all times.
• Showing up on time and completing tasks by the deadline with minimal supervision.
• Works well with others to meet team goals and adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

• Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment per production specs and schedules.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and discard or rework faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
