Job summary

BelPak in Cranbury, NJ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Production, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and related functions. You will align with Quality and Project Management to meet customer requirements and drive safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, labor planning, KPI tracking, continuous improvement with Lean methods, cost control, and staff development.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in contract packaging and supply chain.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Maintenance, Safety, and Staffing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across operations.
• Develop labor plans and oversee scheduling to meet customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Monitor operational KPIs and manage departmental budgets.
