Job summary

Your role includes training staff to follow cGMP and SOPs, overseeing preventive maintenance with engineering (IQ/OQ/PQ), managing audits, and ensuring line clearance after cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School or GED with 7 years of related work experience.
• Associate Degree with 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate a diverse workforce to exceed department goals in safety, quality and productivity.
• Supervise packaging lines and ensure daily targets are met.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Manage department audits to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure packaging line clearance after cleaning per SOP.
• Oversee Global Serialization System and troubleshoot as needed.
• Provide training and develop staff to follow cGMP and SOPs.
