Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; packaging preferred.
• 10+ years related experience or the combined equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical and regulatory material.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in group environments.
• Strong mathematical and statistical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic operations of a large plant to meet financial and operating goals.
• Ensure safety, production, maintenance, quality, customer relations, HR and finance are aligned.
• Develop and manage business plans including ISO, FDA and other regulations.
• Oversee talent management, coaching and performance management; drive engagement.
• Communicate plant performance and changes to stakeholders.
