Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader for the Monaca, PA facility to guide a represented hourly workforce in daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee safety, quality, productivity and cost control, interfacing with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include directing hourly staff, boosting equipment reliability, and leading Lean initiatives across shifts while maintaining high standards of operating performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly personnel including daily assignments, work performance, and policy adherence.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability with direct involvement in maintenance activities.
• Implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to improve safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and overall performance.
• Lead daily operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to established operating standards.
• Develop technical knowledge of equipment and processes to support troubleshooting, operator effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
