Job summary

Advatix LATAM is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage all facility functions including receiving, production, shipping, and inventory control. The role oversees plant personnel, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring safety and ISO compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operations or distribution with at least 4 years in supervision and proven proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Over 7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or distribution.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
