Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional warehousing experience may substitute for degree
• 6+ years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, or related field
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and warehouse processes desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities to meet plant objectives and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, provide training and performance guidance.
• Monitor throughput, safety, and quality controls; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations on MRP, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Develop KPIs and strategies to optimize warehousing efficiency and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO procedures, and Avient policies
