Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or real estate sales preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• On-call duties are required.
• Ability to connect with diverse personalities over the phone and in person.
• Mobility in the Cape Coral area.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Set competitive rental rates aligned with market trends and costs.
• Help create and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
• Maintain and manage Hostaway PMS including calendars and contracts.
• Coordinate on-site operations including housekeeping, work orders, and vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee housekeeping staff.
• Resolve guest complaints to satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
