Qualifications

• BS or BA in business, industrial engineering, distribution or related field.
• At least 10 years in distribution/production.
• At least 5 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, HR laws and employee relations.
• Experience managing other managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain product quality, equipment and operator performance; justify new equipment.
• Develop and report operating costs; alert management to overruns and optimize solutions.
• Ensure orders meet specs and quality standards; enforce quality processes.
• Provide site leadership for Richmond, VA operations; set department goals and drive improvements.
• Manage budgets and expenses; coordinate across sales and other departments.
