Job summary

Levata in Miami operates a centralized warehouse and production facility, and seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and production activities, drive inventory control, scheduling, and order fulfillment, and lead lean improvements. The role requires ERP/WMS proficiency, hands-on leadership, and a focus on safety and ISO standards to deliver high-quality products.

Ideal candidates hold a business administration degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in plant or operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or 5 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience as Plant/Operations Manager in a technical manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• 3 years of experience with ERPs and WMSs.
• Lean manufacturing techniques such as Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping are strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production operations including inventory control, production scheduling, and order fulfillment.
• Plan and coordinate daily workflows to meet demand efficiently.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods and KPI tracking.
• Serve as on-site SME for NetSuite and WMS; drive system training and enhancements.
