Job summary

Levata is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting. You will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety while guiding other team members.

The role involves onboarding new staff, accurate order picking, packing, loading/unloading trailers, and coordinating with carriers and Customer Service to meet shipping standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 10+ years in a consumables warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with shipping docs (BOL, packing lists).
• Operate warehouse equipment with safety focus (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teams to meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations and guide team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new teammates.
• Accurately pick customer orders from shipping lists or requests.
• Pack orders using appropriate materials.
• Safely load/unload trailers with equipment.
• Follow safety protocols during loading/unloading.
• Coordinate dispatch with outside carriers.
• Work with Customer Service to meet shipping standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Cross-train in LTL and small package shipping.
