Reframe Systems is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day execution in our factory in Andover, MA. This floor leadership role requires rigor, systems thinking, and a technology-forward mindset to scale a novel modular manufacturing operation.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement as we build a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will develop leaders, own the daily plan, and drive cross-functional collaboration to elevate throughput and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years leading teams in fast-paced operations, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
• Proven track record hitting output targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Strong people leadership: coaching, accountability, and performance conversations.
• Strong data orientation: maintain a scoreboard, identify gaps, and drive actions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t exist yet.
• Clear communicator who can elevate issues with crisp context and options.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly plan attainment for your area, including throughput and schedule adherence.
• Lead start/end-of-shift routines; communicate plan, priorities, and constraints.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and readiness to protect flow; surface blockers with options.
• Develop and maintain safety performance, SOP adherence, and quality gates.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leads and operators; drive accountability and rotation plans.
• Partner with CI to identify and execute improvements; support time studies and standardization.
