Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Manager Operations to bridge Production Supervisors and the Director of Operations, ensuring consistent execution across production zones. You will promote standardized processes, maintain flow, quality, and safety, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–7 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience leading teams or supervising production staff.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, build plans, labor planning, and quality expectations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally in fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Supervisors across assigned production areas.
• Ensure daily production plans, staffing, and workflow execution meet operational requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering to remove barriers to production success.
• Directly supervise Production Supervisors or hourly staff and provide coaching.
