Alamo Group Snow & Ice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and financial performance at the Fond du Lac site. You will drive efficiency, optimize resources, and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities include KPI management, monthly forecasts, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with Snow & Ice standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance of the Fond du Lac location.
• Drive efficient execution, optimize resources, and develop the team.
• Establish KPIs, forecasts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, and Finance.
