Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and financial performance at the Fond du Lac location.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, manage KPIs, and partner with Sales, Engineering, HR, Logistics, and Finance to meet growth objectives. Responsibilities include budget accountability, strategic planning, and capital planning for improvements, while building and coaching a multidisciplinary team to achieve measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or similar machinery is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance at Fond du Lac site.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance improvements.
• Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, HR, Logistics, and Finance.
• Oversee facility operations, health/safety compliance, and maintenance.
• Build and coach a multidisciplinary team; recruit and develop talent.
