Alamo Group’s Snow & Ice division in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and financial performance. You will partner across Sales, Engineering, HR, Logistics, and Finance to optimize resources, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer and Snow & Ice standards are met.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance of the Fond du Lac location.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance priorities.
• Manage schedules, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts.
• Oversee budget, costs, and variances.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a multidisciplinary team.
