You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, HR, Logistics, Finance, and other Snow & Ice resources to meet customer and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management).
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance of the Fond du Lac location.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance as core priorities.
• Manage schedules, shipping/receiving, and inventory; report KPIs and forecasts.
• Oversee plant budget, analyze KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team; recruit and retain talent.
