Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience, a strong command of Lean Daily Management, and proven ability to manage budgets while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency in office software and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service across all departments.
• Coach and develop staff to reach their potential.
• Oversee KPIs for growth, productivity, and inventory control.
