Job summary

Gexpro Services in Livermore, CA seeks an Operations Manager to drive operational performance, inventory accuracy, and customer service across the site. Leads the Warehouse Manager and other teams to meet service, productivity, quality, and cost objectives.

You will develop action plans, monitor key metrics like on-time delivery, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading leaders and cross-functional activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience driving KPI performance and leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operational performance to achieve service, productivity, inventory, quality, and financial objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to operational teams, including the Warehouse Manager.
• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics (OTD, order fulfillment, productivity, inventory accuracy, backlog, quality, labor utilization).
• Develop and execute action plans to address operational gaps, customer service issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Lead daily operating reviews and set priorities to meet customer commitments and site objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Quality, and Operations to resolve escalations and remove barriers to execution.
• Ensure strong operational controls and compliance across inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service and efficiency.
• Support workforce planning, labor management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
