Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements across branches, focusing on productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

This role requires leadership of a 5–10 person team, collaboration with branch managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate and 3 years in agricultural operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate required.
• 3 years operations, sales or branch management in agriculture required.
• Leadership experience supervising 5–10 team members preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required; ability to drive Helena vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve practices to lower inventory shrinkage costs.
• Ensure fertilizer freight is captured at the correct cost center and train the branch team.
• Lead branch and inventory management; provide guidance to locations on storage and capital requests.
• Assist procurement and division leaders to reduce slow and dead inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Oversee team performance and maintain compliance with policies and laws.
