Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical school certificate required.
• Three years of operations, sales or branch management experience in the agricultural field required.
• Leadership skills including supervising a five to ten member team required.
• CDL preferred.

• Identify and improve practices to lower inventory shrinkage costs.
• Oversee fertilizer invoicing accuracy and cost center training.
• Lead branch improvement activities and provide guidance to locations on inventory management.
• Forecast and stock plans to create opportunities for Helena brands.
