You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales while ensuring safe, clean facilities.

The role emphasizes financial understanding, reporting, and collaboration with managers on talent acquisition, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean facility through safety checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
