The position emphasizes a strong focus on safety, scheduling, financial reporting, and collaboration with store leaders, with opportunities for development in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2+ million annual sales.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
