Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee a multi-faceted team, and drive sales while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll manage processes, execute strategic initiatives, and partner with managers on talent acquisition, inventory, and reporting.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/travel stop or c-store/large-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with significant sales volume.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L analysis.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills: MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple business areas as needed.
• Ensure safe, clean facilities and proper equipment maintenance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking and merchandising.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities.
