Job summary

SBM offers a Manager in Training program designed to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development. The 9-week MIT program includes on-site operations training and mentorship with site leadership and client operations.

As Assistant Operations Manager, you will coordinate and direct operations, including planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships. Relocation is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a 2+ year background with an A.A.

Qualifications

• Candidates must relocate for the role.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (A.A. Degree noted in education section)

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes
• Assist with safety, quality, and service program compliance
• Review customer requests for service and address with manager
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Some travel may be required
