SBM is hiring for a Manager-in-Training in the United States. The program is a 9-week, hands-on path into site leadership with real responsibilities from week one and mentorship across safety, client operations, and leadership tracks.

Graduates move into operations leadership roles at SBM sites based on track and location. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (preferred), be willing to relocate, and may benefit from bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Completed safety and task training certification.
• May require forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Review customer requests and address with the manager.
• Support budget planning, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with regulations.
• Coordinate liaison between company, customers, and subcontractors.
• Attend meetings to communicate updates with customers and staff.
• Support human resources concerns and issues.
